Director - Cultural Strategy
This role is to ensure as an agency we remain leading thinkers and partners to our clients. Working collaboratively with the agency’s leadership team you will respond to challenges that need cultural and strategic thinking. We believe success starts with rigorous strategy rooted in brand purpose. You will apply in-depth knowledge of cultural theory, critical thinking and cultural practice to lead client work across strategy services such as brand development, identity and positioning, perception audits, competitor analysis / benchmarking, and copywriting on vision, values, mission and positioning statements.
This is an opportunity for a senior leader with 10 years’+ experience in developing strategic frameworks for organisations in the creative industries. The candidate must be able to lead client work and have a track record of working internationally on large-scale projects, using insights and experience to consult on brand strategy and develop compelling storytelling. We work across a variety of exciting and complex international projects concurrently and therefore excellent team management skills are required. Experience of working in the Middle East is desirable but not essential.
Director of Digital & Social Media

This is an opportunity for a social media expert and strategic thinker to lead the creation, delivery and implementation of digital strategies for leading artworld clients – spanning social media toolkits, content strategies, crisis communications, influencer engagement, paid campaigns and reporting. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator and presenter with creative flair, who has experience of implementing organic and paid campaigns across a variety of clients and budgets simultaneously.

Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, who can confidently craft and deliver communications and media strategy. Our ideal candidate has a strong media network and experience of working on cultural projects. Agency experience is desired but not essential. Account Director / Senior Account Director
(Minimum 6 years experience)
This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual who has already made their mark on the industry to work in collaboration with the company Directors and be a driving force in client and team management. The job requires a team player who is highly organised in their approach, has an excellent understanding of the media with strong contacts, and a track record in establishing client relationships and delivering brilliant results. The candidate must have a strong experience of directing high-level cultural PR campaigns from strategic inception, and be an exceptional thinker who will bring in real gravitas and expertise to the company. A proven track record in leadership and an ability to train, guide and motivate a team made up of Managers and Executives is essential. A passion for visual arts and in depth knowledge of copywriting and brand strategies is required. Energy and enthusiasm are of paramount importance as the culture of the agency is fast-paced and ambitious. We work internationally and are particularly interest in candidates with experience of working in the Middle East.
Account Executive / Senior Account Executive
(1-2 years' experience)
We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a genuine interest in visual arts and a desire to build a career in communications. We are proud to work with outstanding artists and arts organisations so a talent for writing alongside complete fluency in English, honed spelling and grammatical skills, and an eye for detail is essential. Self motivation and initiative are required in this key role, coupled with a calm, methodical approach to work and adhere to sign off processes. The job requires a confident individual who is highly organised in their approach and efficient at reporting to senior members of staff. Energy and enthusiasm are of paramount importance as the culture of the agency is fast-paced. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about arts and culture and strong experience of working in communication agencies. The candidate must have a demonstrable ability to administer and report on media campaigns, as well as strong press contacts. We work internationally so are always looking for additional languages.
